Tuesday 10.18.16 • 9:30am–12:30pm • includes continental breakfast
Today’s donors are increasingly unpredictable. How does the savvy organization persevere and engage? With digital strategy and new forms of philanthropy taking a larger role in the giving equation, this session will focus on getting inside the donor’s thought process, considering the right intersection with your organizational strategy and goals, and applying communications tools for donor engagement, retention, and renewal. Participants will learn to think like donors.
